Rena and Andre were both very helpful with any questions or requests we had prior to our stay. We had a 6-hour delay for the train into Paris but despite this checking in was easy. I notified them of the delay and they kindly replied back with instructions, including photos, of how to check in when we arrived. Everything went smooth and the following morning I finished the check-in procedure in their office. Every person that I interacted with at Star of Life was friendly, polite, patient, and helpful.

The area the property is located is very nice with a park right across the street, a grocery store a block away, and the La Defense train/metro station within walking distance. The neighborhood was clean and always felt safe even late at night. Due to the proximity to the La Defense train station using the metro to get around was easy.

The unit itself was clean and modern. We had a two bedroom unit and loved the fact that it included two and a half bathrooms which made it easy to get ready quickly. I'm not sure about other units, but ours had two balconies from which we could see the Eiffel Tower and the skyline from both. We were on the second to top floor which provided a great view. They have elevators so you don't need to worry about having to carry luggage up any stairs.

The checkout process was also easy, which was convenient as we had an early train and needed to leave the unit by 6:30 in the morning. I would absolutely stay at Stars of Life again in the future and would highly recommend it.

I highly recommend Star of Life to any discerning traveller who wants a base in or near Paris. The facilities are more than expected with all that is needed for any eventuality. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful, they provide the extra services that other hotels in Europe do not provide. Très belle expérience.
L’équipe de Star of life répond aux attentes avec beaucoup de professionnalisme.
L’appartement F1 calme et très fonctionnel était très propre, bien équipé et surtout bien situé. Le quartier arboré (remarquable en région parisienne) est très agréable. L’accès à la gare de Courbevoie permet une projection rapide.

J'ai réservée un appartement pour des amis qui sont venus me rendre visite sur Paris et j'ai été très agréablement surprise par l'accueil chaleureux et souriant que j'ai reçu. Mes amis étaient absolument ravis et je ne doute pas qu'ils laisseront eux aussi un avis favorable à Rena. ☺ La Defence-area positively surprised us and the view from our balcony was great.  Our studio was upgraded to a bigger appartment free of charge. The appartment was very clean and had everything you needed for a few days stay. The staff was exceptionally kind.

☺Alles war top! Wir haben ein größeres Zimmer bekommen, es war sauber, komfortabel und mit einer tollen Aussicht auf den Eiffelturm.
